I’m a simple guy interested in losing weight but not having to pay for it with a limited diet. My ethos is ‘why punish yourself with a pants diet when you can eat really great food and still lose weight’
When i started my diet i was 190lb, the heaviest i have ever been in my life. By following a few simple rules and a low carb diet I was able to reduce my weight down to 165lb in only 10 weeks.
Now i am at my target weight i have changed my focus from losing weight to maintaining it while helping others to do the same.
I’m no diet doctor and only qualified from my own weight loss journey. Nobody needs to follow what i say to the letter or at all. But if you are able to find any of my knowledge useful then i will know i have done a good job.
